After completing her MBBS and FCPS in Pediatrics, she pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at AIMS and received specialized training in fetal cardiology in India, equipping her to manage complex congenital heart defects from the earliest stages of life.

Currently, she holds the position of Assistant Professor, Pediatric Cardiology at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases & Hospital, where she mentors junior doctors and leads a multidisciplinary team.
