থ্রিডি (3D) ট্যাবলেট, জেনফার বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকৃত, প্রতি ট্যাবে ২০০০ আইইউ কোলিক্যালসিফেরল [ভিটামিন ডি৩] ধারণ করে। দাম ৳২.৫০ প্রতি ইউনিটে সাশ্রয়ী। রিকেটস, অস্টিওম্যালাসিয়া প্রতিরোধে ও হাড়ের স্বাস্থ্যরক্ষায় কার্যকরী। ট্যাবলেট আকারে সহজে সেবনযোগ্য।

সূর্যালোকের অভাব বা অপুষ্টিজনিত ভিটামিন ডি ঘাটতিতে থ্রিডি ব্যবহৃত হয়। ৩×১০ ট্যাবলেটের প্যাক (৳৭৫.০০) মাসিক চিকিৎসায় উপযোগী। সংরক্ষণ করুন ৩০°C নিচে, আলো ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে দূরে।

ম্যাগনেসিয়াম অ্যান্টাসিড, ডাইইউরেটিকসের সাথে মিথস্ক্রিয়া করে। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ায় বমিভাব, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য হতে পারে। গর্ভাবস্থায় ৪,০০০ আইইউ পর্যন্ত নিরাপদ, তবে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ আবশ্যক।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 40,000 IU weekly for 7 weeks. Children (12-18 years): 20,000 IU every 2 weeks. Osteoporosis: 20,000 IU monthly. Adjust dose in renal impairment. Take with meals. Treatment duration varies based on serum 25(OH)D levels.

Side Effects

Symptoms rarely include anorexia, lassitude, nausea & vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, weight loss, polyuria, sweating, headache, thirst, vertigo, and raised concentrations of calcium and phosphate in plasma and urine.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category A (safe up to 4,000 IU/day). Breastfeeding: excreted in milk but no adverse effects reported. Monitor maternal vitamin D status.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor serum calcium in renal/hepatic impairment. Avoid concurrent calcium supplements without medical supervision. Baseline 25(OH)D testing recommended.

Use in Special Populations

Not recommended for <12 years. Start low doses in elderly/renal patients. No hepatic dose adjustment required.

Overdose Effects

It can lead to hypervitaminosis D.
