এ-ক্যাল ডিএক্স (একমি ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড-প্রস্তুত) একটি সমন্বিত ঔষধ যাতে রয়েছে এলিমেন্টাল ক্যালসিয়াম (৫০০ মি.গ্রা.) ও ভিটামিন ডি৩ (৪০০ আই ইউ)। ট্যাবলেট আকারে প্রাপ্ত এ ঔষধ অস্টিওপরোসিস, রিকেট্স ও গর্ভাবস্থায় পুষ্টি সংকট দূর করে। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳৭.৫০, ৩০ টির স্ট্রিপ ৳২২৫।

এলিমেন্টাল ক্যালসিয়াম + ভিটামিন ডি৩ জেনেরিক গ্রুপের সদস্য এ ঔষধ হাড়ের ঘনত্ব বাড়ায় ও কিডনি রোগে ফসফেট নিয়ন্ত্রণে সহায়ক। দিনে ২ বার ১ টি ট্যাবলেট খাবারের পর সেব্য। টেট্রাসাইক্লিন বা ডিজক্সিনের সাথে ব্যবহার এড়াতে হবে।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 500 mg+400 IU tablet: 1 tablet twice daily with meals. Renal impairment patients require dose adjustment under medical supervision. Treatment duration varies from 3-6 months based on condition severity.

Side Effects

It is generally well tolerated. If there is experience like nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, dry mouth, increased thirst, increased urination while taking, noticed to physicians. Constipation may occur.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Use during pregnancy only under medical supervision. Excreted minimally in breast milk; dose adjustment recommended during lactation.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor serum calcium levels in cardiac/renal patients or sarcoidosis. Annual bone density scan recommended during prolonged use.

Overdose Effects
