এ-কাম (টোলপেরিসোন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড ৫০ মি.গ্রা.) একমি ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকৃত একটি কেন্দ্রীয় পেশী শিথিলকারী ঔষধ। ট্যাবলেট প্রতি মূল্য ৳৮.০০, প্রতিটি স্ট্রিপে ১০টি ট্যাবলেট (৳৮০.০০) এবং ৫ স্ট্রিপের প্যাক ৳৪০০.০০-এ পাওয়া যায়।

এই ট্যাবলেট মাল্টিপল স্ক্লেরোসিস, স্পাইনাল আঘাত, ও পেশীর খিঁচুনি চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। ডায়াবেটিক এনজিওপ্যাথি ও রেনোডস ডিজিজের মতো রক্তনালীর সমস্যাতেও কার্যকর। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের ডোজ ৫০-১৫০ মিগ্রা/দিন, তিন বিভক্ত মাত্রায়।

কেন্দ্রীয় স্নায়ুতন্ত্রে প্রভাব ফেলে পেশীর টোন কমায়। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে মাথাব্যথা, বমিভাব বা ত্বকে র্যাশ দেখা দিতে পারে। মেথোকার্বামলের সাথে ব্যবহারে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করুন।

৩০°C এর নিচে শুষ্ক স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন। গর্ভাবস্থায় চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। টোলপেরিসোন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড সম্পর্কে আরো জানতে ভিজিট করুন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 50-150 mg thrice daily. Children (3mo-6y): 45 mg/kg/day in 3 doses. Children (6-14y): 2-4 mg/kg/day. Swallow tablets whole. Adjust dose per physician guidance. Treatment duration varies based on condition.

Side Effects

Possible side-effects include sometimes muscular weakness, headache, nausea, vomiting and rarely hypersensitivity reactions (itching, redness of the skin, skin rash) may occur.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy safety unconfirmed. Avoid during lactation. Consult physician before use.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor liver/kidney function in elderly and children. Check interactions with other ACME Laboratories drugs.
