A-Clox Powder for Suspension (এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুত) একটি পেনিসিলিনেজ-প্রতিরোধী পেনিসিলিন গ্রুপের অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক, যাতে ক্লক্সাসিলিন সোডিয়াম (১২৫ মিগ্রা/৫ মিলি) বিদ্যমান। এই পাউডার ফর সাসপেনশন ফর্মুলেশন ত্বক, শ্বাসতন্ত্র ও সেপ্টিসেমিয়ার মতো জটিল সংক্রমণের চিকিৎসায় কার্যকর। প্রতি ইউনিট মূল্য ৳৪৫.০০।

এটি ফোঁড়া, সেলুলাইটিস, নিউমোনিয়া, অস্টিওমায়েলাইটিসের মতো সংক্রমণে ব্যবহৃত হয়। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য প্রচলিত মাত্রা: খাবারের আগে ৫০০ মিগ্রা দৈনিক চার বার। শিশুদের বয়স অনুযায়ী মাত্রা কমানো হয়। ২৫°সে.-এর নিচে সংরক্ষণ করুন। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ায় চুলকানি বা পেটখারাপ হতে পারে।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 500 mg orally every 6 hours (empty stomach). Pediatric dose: 25-50 mg/kg/day divided q6h. IV dose: 2-6 g/day. Renal impairment requires dose reduction. Treatment duration typically 7-14 days based on infection severity.

Side Effects

ক্লক্সাসিলিন এর পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়া অন্যান্য পেনিসিলিনের মতই। এগুলো সাধারণতঃ মৃদু ও ক্ষণস্থায়ী হয়ে থাকে। এই সমস্ত পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে রয়েছে জ্বর, ডায়রিয়া, অজীর্ণ (indigestion), র‍্যাশ-আরটিকারিয়েল অথবা ইরিথিমেটাস জাতীয়। যে কোন ধরণের র‍্যাশে রোগীকে এ ওষুধ দেয়া বন্ধ করতে হবে।

Precautions & Warnings

Perform allergy testing recommended. Monitor renal/hepatic function regularly. Discontinue if severe diarrhea occurs. Injection site reactions may require cold compress.
