এ-ক্লক্স ক্যাপসুল (এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুত) এ রয়েছে ক্লক্সাসিলিন সোডিয়াম ৫০০ মিগ্রা, যা পেনিসিলিনেজ-প্রতিরোধী অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক হিসেবে গ্রাম-পজিটিভ সংক্রমণে কার্যকর। প্রতি ইউনিট ৳৫.৯৮ (২৫x৪ প্যাক: ৳৫৯৮) দামের এই ক্যাপসুল ফোঁড়া, নিউমোনিয়া, সেপ্টিসেমিয়া চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়।

ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য মাত্রা: খাওয়ার আগে ৫০০ মিগ্রা দিনে চার বার। শিশুদের বয়সানুযায়ী মাত্রা ভিন্ন। ইনজেকশনের ক্ষেত্রে ২৫০-৫০০ মিগ্রা ৪-৬ ঘণ্টা পরপর প্রয়োগ করুন। স্টেরাইল পানি বা লিডোকেইন দিয়ে দ্রবণ তৈরি আবশ্যক।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 500 mg orally every 6 hours (30-60 mins before meals). Pediatric dose: Half adult dose for 2-10 years. IV administration: 500 mg every 4-6 hours. Reconstituted solutions must be used within 30 minutes. Treatment duration typically 7-14 days based on infection severity.

Side Effects

ক্লক্সাসিলিন এর পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়া অন্যান্য পেনিসিলিনের মতই। এগুলো সাধারণতঃ মৃদু ও ক্ষণস্থায়ী হয়ে থাকে। এই সমস্ত পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে রয়েছে জ্বর, ডায়রিয়া, অজীর্ণ (indigestion), র‍্যাশ-আরটিকারিয়েল অথবা ইরিথিমেটাস জাতীয়। যে কোন ধরণের র‍্যাশে রোগীকে এ ওষুধ দেয়া বন্ধ করতে হবে।
