Description

A-Clox IM/IV ইনজেকশন (এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুত) একটি শক্তিশালী অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক, যাতে রয়েছে ক্লক্সাসিলিন সোডিয়াম (৫০০ মিগ্রা/ভায়াল)। এটি স্কিন ইনফেকশন, নিউমোনিয়া, সেপ্টিসেমিয়ার মতো জটিল ব্যাকটেরিয়াজনিত রোগের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। প্রতি ভায়ালের দাম ৳২৮.৪০ এবং ৫টি প্যাকে ৳১৪২.০০।

এই ইনজেকশন মাংসপেশী বা শিরাপথে প্রয়োগের জন্য উপযোগী। ডোজ নির্ধারণে প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের ক্ষেত্রে শিরায় ৫০০ মিগ্রা প্রতি ৪-৬ ঘন্টায় দেওয়া হয়। শিশুদের ডোজ বয়সভিত্তিকভাবে কমানো হয়। সংরক্ষণ时必须 শুকনো ও ২৫°সে.-এর নিচে রাখুন।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে হালকা র্যাশ বা পেটখারাপ দেখা দিতে পারে। গর্ভাবস্থায় প্রয়োগের পূর্বে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।

এসিএমই ল্যাবের অন্যান্য ক্লক্সাসিলিন প্রোডাক্ট যেমন A-Clox 125 mg/5 ml সম্পর্কে জানতে ভিজিট করুন মেডেক্সলি। ঔষধের সঠিক ব্যবহার ও ডোজ মেনে চিকিৎসার পূর্ণ সুফল নিশ্চিত করুন।

Dosage & Administration

[Adults: IV 500mg every 4-6hrs, IM 250mg 4-6 hourly. Children: 25-50% of adult dose. Renal dose: Halve if creatinine clearance <10 mL/min. Use reconstituted solution within 30 mins. Treatment duration: 7-14 days based on infection severity.]

Side Effects

ক্লক্সাসিলিন এর পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়া অন্যান্য পেনিসিলিনের মতই। এগুলো সাধারণতঃ মৃদু ও ক্ষণস্থায়ী হয়ে থাকে। এই সমস্ত পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে রয়েছে জ্বর, ডায়রিয়া, অজীর্ণ (indigestion), র‍্যাশ-আরটিকারিয়েল অথবা ইরিথিমেটাস জাতীয়। যে কোন ধরণের র‍্যাশে রোগীকে এ ওষুধ দেয়া বন্ধ করতে হবে।
