এ-ফেনাক হলো ডাইক্লোফেনাক সোডিয়াম সমৃদ্ধ একটি নন-স্টেরয়েডাল প্রদাহবিরোধী ঔষধ, যা একমি ল্যাবরেটরিজ প্রস্তুত করে। প্রতি স্ট্রিপের দাম ৳৫৫.০০ (১০টি ট্যাবলেট) সহ প্রদাহ, বাত ও পেশীব্যথায় কার্যকর সমাধান।

এই ট্যাবলেট প্রোস্টাগ্ল্যান্ডিন সংশ্লেষণ বন্ধ করে ব্যথা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। খাবারের পর সেবনে সর্বোচ্চ ২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রক্তে শোষিত হয়। গর্ভাবস্থায় সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যবহার করুন।

প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য ডোজ ৭৫-১৫০ মিগ্রা/দিন, বয়স্ক রোগীদের কম ডোজ প্রয়োজন। লিথিয়াম বা রক্ত পাতলা ঔষধের সাথে ব্যবহার এড়িয়ে চলুন। ৩০°সে নিচে শুষ্ক স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

এলএসআই কীওয়ার্ড: এ-ফেনাক ঔষধ, ডাইক্লোফেনাক সোডিয়াম ব্র্যান্ড, এ-ফেনাক ট্যাবলেট দাম, একমি ল্যাবের এনএসএআইডি। ২৫ মিগ্রা শক্তিসহ এসআর ও জেল সংস্করণ উপলব্ধ।

Dosage & Administration

[Adults: 75-150 mg daily in 2-3 divided doses. Pediatric dose: 1-3 mg/kg. Lower doses required for elderly/renal impaired. Take tablets after meals with water.]

Side Effects

A-Fenac is generally well tolerated. Adverse effects are mild, rare and transient. At the starting of the treatment, however, patients may be sometimes complaining of epigastric pain, eructation, nausea and diarrhea or dizziness or headache. These effects are usually mild in nature. Peripheral edema and skin reactions, such as rash and eczema have also been encountered. A-Fenac Gel may cause local irritation and reddening of the skin and skin rash.

[Use during pregnancy only if essential. Low risk in lactation due to minimal breastmilk excretion.]

Precautions & Warnings

[Monitor CBC in ulcer patients. Assess renal function in elderly. Avoid eye/mucosal contact with gel.]

Use in Special Populations

[Pediatric: Only for juvenile arthritis. Geriatric: Start with lowest dose. Hepatic impairment: Reduce dose. Renal failure: Monitor creatinine.]
