এ-ফেনাক প্লাস আইএম ইনজেকশন, একমি ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকৃত, ডাইক্লোফেনাক সোডিয়াম (৭৫ মি.গ্রা.) এবং লিডোকেইন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড (২০ মি.গ্রা./২ মি.লি.) এর সমন্বয়ে তৈরি। এই ইন্ট্রামাসকুলার ইনজেকশন রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস, অস্টিওআর্থারাইটিস এবং আঘাতজনিত ব্যথা ব্যবস্থাপনায় কার্যকর। প্রতি ইউনিট মূল্য ৳১৫.০০ সহ সাশ্রয়ী ও দ্রুত কাজ করে।

ডাইক্লোফেনাক সোডিয়াম + লিডোকেইন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড সম্মিলিতভাবে প্রদাহরোধী ও স্থানীয় অবশকারী প্রভাব প্রদান করে। লিডোকেইন ইনজেকশন সাইটের ব্যথা কমায়। রেনাল কোলিক, অস্ত্রোপচার-পরবর্তী ব্যথা এবং পেশীজনিত সমস্যায় ব্যবহার করা হয়। সংরক্ষণে ৩০°C নিচে, আলো ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে দূরে রাখুন।

টেন্ডিনাইটিস, বারসাইটিসের মতো পেশীর রোগ
হাড় ভাঙা, মচকানো বা অপারেশন-পরবর্তী ব্যথা

প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য দিনে ১-২ বার ইন্ট্রামাসকুলার ইনজেকশন। শিশুদের ওজন অনুযায়ী ডোজ নির্ধারিত হয়। বয়স্ক বা দুর্বল রোগীদের সর্বনিম্ন ডোজ ব্যবহার করুন। লিথিয়াম, রক্ত পাতলা করার ওষুধ বা মেথোট্রেক্সেটের সাথে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। পাকস্থলীর সমস্যা বা মাথাঘোরার মতো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া সাধারণত হালকা। গর্ভাবস্থার শেষ তিন মাস এড়িয়ে চলুন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 1 ampoule intramuscularly once daily (twice if severe). Renal colic: Second dose after 30 minutes if needed. Children: 1-3 mg/kg/day. Use lowest effective dose for elderly patients.

Side Effects

Side effects to Diclofenac Sodium and Lidocaine injection are usually mild and transient. However if serious side effects occur the injection should be discontinued. Gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, diarrhea and occasionally bleeding may occur. In very rare instances, injection site disorder may occur. In isolated cases, abscesses and local necrosis may occur. The adverse effects due to Lidocaine mainly involve the CNS, are usually of short duration, and are dose related. The CNS reactions may be manifested by drowsiness, dizziness, disorientation, confusion, lightheadedness etc.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Use in pregnancy only if essential. Low-risk during lactation at minimal doses.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor liver/kidney function and blood tests in hepatic/renal impairment, heart disease, or elderly patients.

Use in Special Populations

Pediatric dosing by weight. Reduce dose in elderly, renal/hepatic impairment.
