এ-মেব ট্যাবলেট (একমি ল্যাবরেটরিজ প্রস্তুত) প্রতি ট্যাবলেটে ১৩৫ মি.গ্রা. মেবেভেরিন হাইড্রোক্লোরাইড সমৃদ্ধ, পেটের খিঁচুনি ও আইবিএস চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। দাম প্রতি ট্যাবলেট ৳৬.০১ (স্ট্রিপ ৳৬০.১০)। অন্ত্রের পেশী শিথিল করে ব্যথা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে, বিশেষত দীর্ঘমেয়াদী কোলাইটিস ও কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্যে কার্যকরী।

এই ট্যাবলেট খাওয়ার নিয়ম: প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও ১০+ বয়সীদের দিনে ৩ বার ১ টি করে খাবারের ২০ মিনিট আগে সেবন। ৩০°C এর নিচে আলো থেকে দূরে রাখুন। অন্য ওষুধের সাথে বিক্রিয়ার ঝুঁকি নাই বলে রিপোর্ট করা হয়েছে।

Dosage & Administration

Adults & children 10+: 135 mg tablet 3 times daily or 200 mg capsule twice daily. Take 20 minutes before meals. Gradually reduce dose after symptom improvement. Never double missed doses.

Side Effects

Generally A-Meb is well tolerated. However, few side-effects like skin rash, urticaria and angioedema may appear

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category: Not classified. Animal studies show no risk. Likely safe in lactation due to minimal milk transfer.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor patients with hepatic/renal impairment, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement. Routine check-ups advised during prolonged use.

Use in Special Populations

Contraindicated below age 10. No dose adjustment needed for elderly or organ impairment.

Overdose Effects

On theoretical grounds it may be predicted that CNS excitability will occur in case of overdosage. No specific antidote is known: gastric lavage and symptomatic treatment is recommended
