A-Mectin Tablet 12 mg

এ-মেকটিন ট্যাবলেট (এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুত) এ রয়েছে আইভারমেকটিন ১২ মিগ্রা, যা পরজীবী সংক্রমণের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। মূল্য প্রতি ট্যাবলেট ৳৩০.০০ (স্ট্রিপ: ৳৩০০.০০)। শক্তিসহ ওষুধটি স্ট্রংগিলয়েডিয়াসিস, ওঙ্কোসেরসিয়াসিস এবং খোসপাঁচুরির জন্য উপযুক্ত। শুষ্ক স্থানে (৩০°সে.-এর নিচে) শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

এই ট্যাবলেট পরজীবীর স্নায়ুতে ক্লোরাইড চ্যানেলকে অকার্যকর করে কাজ করে। ওজন ও রোগভেদে ডোজ ভিন্ন: কোভিড-পজিটিভ রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে ৫ দিনে ১২ মিগ্রা/দিন, প্রোফাইল্যাক্সিসে একক ডোজ। স্ট্রংগিলয়েডিয়াসিসে ২০০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম/কেজি এবং ওঙ্কোসেরসিয়াসিসে ১৫০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম/কেজি মাত্রায় সেবন করুন।

মাথাঘোরা, চুলকানি, বা পেটখারাপ হতে পারে। গর্ভাবস্থায় এড়িয়ে চলুন ও ওয়ারফারিন ব্যবহারকারী সতর্ক থাকুন। এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজের গুণগত মান এ-মেকটিনকে বাংলাদেশে একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য চিকিৎসা সমাধান করেছে। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শে সঠিক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করুন।

Weight-based dosing (15-80+ kg): 3-18 mg single dose. Strongyloidiasis: 200 mcg/kg, Onchocerciasis: 150 mcg/kg. Administer空腹 with water. Treatment duration: 1 dose to 5 days based on indication. Repeat doses every 3-12 months as needed.

Strongyloidiasis: In four clinical studies involving a total of 109 patients given either one or two doses of 170 to 200 mcg/kg of A-Mectin, the following adverse reactions were reported as possibly, probably, or definitely related to A-Mectin.

• Body as a whole: asthenia/fatigue (0.9%), abdominal pain (0.9%)
• Gastrointestinal: anorexia (0.9%), constipation (0.9%), diarrhea (1.8%), nausea (1.8%), vomiting (0.9%) Nervous System/Psychiatric: dizziness (2.8%), somnolence (0.9%), vertigo (0.9%), tremor (0.9%)
• Skin: pruritus (2.8%), rash (0.9%), and urticaria (0.9%).

Onchocerciasis: arthralgia/synovitis (19.3%), axillary lymph node enlargement and tenderness (11.0% and 4.4%, respectively), cervical lymph node enlargement and tenderness (5.3% and 1.2%, respectively), inguinal lymph node enlargement and tenderness (12.6% and 13.9%, respectively), other lymph node enlargement and tenderness (3.0% and 1.9%, respectively), pruritus (27.5%), skin involvement including edema, papular and pustular or frank urticarial rash (22.7%), and fever (22.6%), abnormal sensation in the eyes, eyelid edema, anterior uveitis, conjunctivitis, limbitis, keratitis, and chorioretinitis or choroiditis. These have rarely been severe or associated with loss of vision and have generally resolved without corticosteroid treatment. The following adverse reactions have been reported since the drug was registered overseas: hypotension (mainly orthostatic hypotension), worsening of bronchial asthma, toxic epidermal necrolysis, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

Pregnancy Category C: Contraindicated. Lactation: Use only if benefits outweigh risks. Low concentrations excreted in breast milk.

Monitor for Mazzotti reactions. Avoid in areas endemic for Loa loa. Perform stool tests post-treatment. Use corticosteroids for severe inflammatory responses.

Not recommended for children <15 kg. Dose adjustment needed in hepatic impairment. No dosage modification required in renal dysfunction.
