A-Mectin Tablet 6 mg

A-Mectin ট্যাবলেট হলো এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড-এর উৎপাদিত একটি কার্যকর কৃমিনাশক ঔষধ। এতে রয়েছে ৬ মিগ্রা আইভারমেক্টিন, যা স্ট্রংগাইলয়েডিয়াসিস, অঙ্কোসারসিয়াসিস এবং খোসপাঁচড়ার মতো পরজীবী সংক্রমণের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের দাম ৳১৫.০০ এবং স্ট্রিপ প্রাইস ৳১৫০.০০।

এই ট্যাবলেট পরজীবীর স্নায়ুকোষে আক্রমণ করে তাদের পক্ষাঘাত সৃষ্টি করে। ওজন অনুযায়ী ডোজ নির্ধারিত হয়: কোভিড-১৯ প্রতিরোধে দিনে ২ ট্যাবলেট (১২ মিগ্রা), আর উকুনের ক্ষেত্রে একক ডোজই যথেষ্ট। খালি পেটে সেবনে কার্যকারিতা সর্বোচ্চ হয়।

শুষ্ক স্থানে, ৩০°C এর নিচে এবং আলো থেকে দূরে সংরক্ষণ করুন। মাথাঘোরা, ত্বকে ফুসকুড়ি বা বমিভাব দেখা দিলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। গর্ভাবস্থায় এড়িয়ে চলুন, তবে জরুরি অবস্থায় ঝুঁকি-সুবিধা বিবেচনা করে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।

আন্তর্জাতিক মানের এই ঔষধের গুণগত প্রমাণিত। ওয়ারফারিনের সাথে ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করুন। উচ্চ ডোজের প্রয়োজন হলে A-Mectin ১২ মিগ্রা ট্যাবলেট বেছে নিন। নিয়মিত ব্যবহারে পরজীবী সংক্রমণ নিয়ন্ত্রণে A-Mectin একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য সমাধান।

Prophylaxis: Single dose on Day 1 & 7 based on weight (15-24 kg: 3 mg, 25-35 kg: 6 mg). Strongyloidiasis: 200 mcg/kg single dose空腹. Onchocerciasis: 150 mcg/kg every 12 months. Take tablet with water on empty stomach.

Strongyloidiasis: In four clinical studies involving a total of 109 patients given either one or two doses of 170 to 200 mcg/kg of A-Mectin, the following adverse reactions were reported as possibly, probably, or definitely related to A-Mectin.

• Body as a whole: asthenia/fatigue (0.9%), abdominal pain (0.9%)
• Gastrointestinal: anorexia (0.9%), constipation (0.9%), diarrhea (1.8%), nausea (1.8%), vomiting (0.9%) Nervous System/Psychiatric: dizziness (2.8%), somnolence (0.9%), vertigo (0.9%), tremor (0.9%)
• Skin: pruritus (2.8%), rash (0.9%), and urticaria (0.9%).

Onchocerciasis: arthralgia/synovitis (19.3%), axillary lymph node enlargement and tenderness (11.0% and 4.4%, respectively), cervical lymph node enlargement and tenderness (5.3% and 1.2%, respectively), inguinal lymph node enlargement and tenderness (12.6% and 13.9%, respectively), other lymph node enlargement and tenderness (3.0% and 1.9%, respectively), pruritus (27.5%), skin involvement including edema, papular and pustular or frank urticarial rash (22.7%), and fever (22.6%), abnormal sensation in the eyes, eyelid edema, anterior uveitis, conjunctivitis, limbitis, keratitis, and chorioretinitis or choroiditis. These have rarely been severe or associated with loss of vision and have generally resolved without corticosteroid treatment. The following adverse reactions have been reported since the drug was registered overseas: hypotension (mainly orthostatic hypotension), worsening of bronchial asthma, toxic epidermal necrolysis, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

Pregnancy Category C: Contraindicated. Breastfeeding only if benefits outweigh risks. Low concentrations in human milk.

Monitor for Mazzotti reactions (edema, pruritus). Encephalopathy screening needed in Loa loa co-infection. Follow Ivermectin guidelines strictly.

Not for children <15 kg. Geriatric dosing data insufficient. Renal/hepatic impairment dosing adjustments unclear.
