A-Rox ট্যাবলেট, রক্সিথ্রোমাইসিন ৩০০ মিগ্রা সমৃদ্ধ, অ্যাম্বি ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকারী একটি ম্যাক্রোলাইড অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক। শ্বাসযন্ত্র, কান-নাক-গলা, ত্বক ও যৌনাঙ্গের সংক্রমণে কার্যকরী এই ট্যাবলেট ব্যাকটেরিয়ার প্রোটিন সংশ্লেষণ বাধা দেয়। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের দাম ৳১১.০৪ সহ এটি সাশ্রয়ী চিকিৎসা প্রদান করে।

১০ ট্যাবলেটের স্ট্রিপ (৳১১০.৪০) বা ২০ ট্যাবলেটের প্যাক (৳২২০.৮০) আকারে পাওয়া যায় A-Rox। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য খালি পেটে দিনে একবার ৩০০ মিগ্রা ডোজ প্রযোজ্য। শিশুদের ওজন অনুযায়ী ডোজ সমন্বয় করা হয়। ওষুধের মিথস্ক্রিয়া কম থাকায় নিরাপদ।

A-Rox নিউমোনিয়া, ব্রঙ্কাইটিস, ইমপেটিগো চিকিৎসায় কার্যকর। সাইক্রোমেট পি-৪৫০ এনজাইমের সাথে সম্পর্কহীন হওয়ায় রক্তজমাটবিরোধী ওষুধের সাথে ঝুঁকি কম। বমি বমি ভাব (＜৪% রোগী) প্রধান পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া, যা সাধারণত থেরাপি বন্ধের প্রয়োজন হয় না।

অ্যাম্বি ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস A-Rox ট্যাবলেট ৩০০ মিগ্রা-র গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করে। যকৃতের সমস্যায় ১৫০ মিগ্রা ডোজ ব্যবহার করুন। ঘরোয়া তাপমাত্রায় শুষ্ক স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন। গর্ভাবস্থা/স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার前 চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 300 mg once daily or 150 mg twice daily. Pediatric dose: 2.5-5 mg/kg (6-11 kg: 25 mg, 12-23 kg: 50 mg). Severe hepatic impairment: max 150 mg/day. Treatment duration: 5-10 days. Take tablet on empty stomach.

Side Effects

A-Rox is well tolerated by patients of all age groups. Less than 4% of treated patients complain of side effects mainly nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and hypersensitivity rash. Other side effects reported include vomiting, dizziness, headache, pruritus, dyspepsia, flatulence, tinnitus, vertigo and constipation. These are in general minor and do not necessitate withdrawal of therapy.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy safety unconfirmed. Excreted minimally in breast milk with low risk. Use under medical supervision.

Precautions & Warnings

Reduce dose in hepatic impairment. Discontinue if hypersensitivity occurs. Monitor liver function during prolonged therapy.

Use in Special Populations

Pediatric dosing based on weight. Hepatic impairment: max 150 mg/day. No specific adjustment needed for renal/geriatric patients.
