এ-স্পাজম ট্যাবলেট, এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকৃত, প্রতি ট্যাবলেটে ৫ মিগ্রা অক্সিফেনোনিয়াম ব্রোমাইড রয়েছে। এই অ্যান্টিস্পাজমডিক ওষুধ পেটের নানা সমস্যা ও মূত্রনালীর স্পাজম চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহার হয়। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের দাম ৳১.৪৪ এবং ১০x১০ প্যাকের মূল্য ৳১৪৪.০০।

ওষুধটি অ্যাসিটাইলকোলিন রিসেপ্টর ব্লক করে পেশীর সংকোচন ও গ্যাস্ট্রিক অ্যাসিড কমায়। পেপটিক আলসার, স্পাস্টিক কনস্টিপেশনসহ বিভিন্ন গ্যাস্ট্রোইনটেস্টাইনাল সমস্যায় কার্যকরী। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের সাধারণ ডোজ: ১০ মিগ্রা (২ ট্যাবলেট) দিনে ৪ বার। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ছাড়া ডোজ পরিবর্তন করবেন না।

মুখ শুষ্ক হওয়া, মাথাব্যথা সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া। গর্ভাবস্থায় শুধুমাত্র জরুরি অবস্থায় ব্যবহার করুন। অন্যান্য অ্যান্টিহিস্টামিনের সাথে ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন সম্ভব। ওভারডোজের চিকিৎসা এট্রোপিন পয়জনিংয়ের নিয়মে করা হয়। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 10 mg (2 tablets) 4 times daily. Adjust dose per physician guidance. Swallow tablets with water. Continue for several days until symptom relief.

Side Effects

Common side effects are dryness of mouth, headache, palpitations, etc.
