Abemaciclib CDK4/6 এনজাইমকে প্রতিরোধ করে ক্যান্সার কোষের বিস্তার কমায়। প্রাণী মডেলে টিউমার সাইজ হ্রাসের প্রমাণ রয়েছে।

সাধারণ ডোজ: এন্ডোক্রাইন থেরাপির সাথে ১৫০ মিগ্রা দিনে দুবার বা একক চিকিৎসায় ২০০ মিগ্রা। ডায়রিয়া, নিউট্রোপেনিয়া দেখা দিলে ডোজ সামঞ্জ্য্য প্রয়োজন।

সতর্কতা: CYP3A ইনহিবিটর/ইন্ডিউসার পরিহার করুন। গর্ভাবস্থায় নিষিদ্ধ; গর্ভনিরোধক বাধ্যতামূলক। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে পেট ব্যথা, ক্লান্তি, রক্তকণিকা হ্রাস উল্লেখযোগ্য।

Dosage & Administration

[Adults: 150 mg twice daily with combination therapy; 200 mg twice daily as monotherapy. Adjust dose for hepatic/renal impairment. Administer with/without food. Treatment duration depends on therapeutic response and tolerability.]

Side Effects

Most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥20%) were diarrhea, neutropenia, nausea, abdominal pain, infections, fatigue, anemia, leukopenia, decreased appetite, vomiting, headache, alopecia, and thrombocytopenia.

Pregnancy & Lactation

[Contraindicated in pregnancy due to fetal risks. Avoid breastfeeding. Use effective contraception during treatment and for 3 weeks post-therapy.]

Precautions & Warnings

[Manage diarrhea with antidiarrheals and hydration. Monitor CBC every 2 weeks initially. Regular LFT checks required. Report dyspnea or jaundice immediately. Caution in thrombotic disorders.]

Use in Special Populations

[Pediatric safety unestablished. No dose adjustment for elderly. Mild hepatic/renal impairment requires no modification.]
