ইবনে সিনা ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস এর Abex Plus Syrup প্রতি ৫ মিলিতে গুয়াইফিনেসিন (১০০ মিলিগ্রাম), লেভোমেনথল (১.১ মিলিগ্রাম) ও ডাইফেনহাইড্রামিন (১৪ মিলিগ্রাম) যুক্ত একটি সমন্বিত কাশির সিরাপ। ৳৮০ মূল্যের এই সিরাপ কফ, শ্লেষ্মা জমাট ও ঘুমের সমস্যায় কার্যকরী সমাধান দেয়।

গুয়াইফিনেসিন শ্লেষ্মা তরলীকরণ করে, লেভোমেনথল নাক বন্ধ সমস্যা কমায়, আর ডাইফেনহাইড্রামিন কফ প্রতিরোধ ও অ্যান্টিহিস্টামিন হিসেবে কাজ করে। গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে ৭২% রোগী ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে উপসর্গে উন্নতি অনুভব করেন। ঘুমের মান উন্নয়নে সহায়ক এই সিরাপ রাতের কাশি কমাতে বিশেষভাবে কার্যকর।

মুখ শুষ্কতা, মূত্রনালীতে জ্বালাপোড়া বা মাথা ঘোরার মতো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া দেখা দিলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রেও সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। গুয়াইফিনেসিন+লেভোমেনথল+ডাইফেনহাইড্রামিন সমৃদ্ধ এই সিরাপ ৩০°C এর নিচে শুষ্ক স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

Dosage & Administration

Dosage: Adults & 12+ years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) 4 times daily. Max 8 teaspoons/24h. Adjustments: Not established for <12 years. Administration: With or without food. Duration: Until symptoms resolve, max 7 days.

Side Effects

This syrup may cause drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, gastro-intestinal disturbance, dry mouth, nose and throat difficulty in urination or blurred vision.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy: Use only if benefits outweigh risks. Lactation: Contraindicated due to infant sedation risk.
