এবেজিনো ট্যাবলেট (অ্যাবেমাসিক্লিব ১৫০ মিলিগ্রাম) হেলথকেয়ার ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড-এর একটি প্রোটিন কিনেজ ইনহিবিটর, যা স্তন ক্যান্সারের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳৯৫০ (১০ ট্যাবলেটের স্ট্রিপ ৳৯,৫০০)। এটি এইচআর-পজিটিভ, HER2-নেগেটিভ ক্যান্সারে কার্যকর।

এই ট্যাবলেট CDK4/6 এনজাইমকে বাধা দিয়ে ক্যান্সার কোষের বৃদ্ধি রোধ করে। ট্যামোক্সিফেনের সাথে সমন্বয়ে ব্যবহারে টিউমার আকার হ্রাসের প্রমাণিত効果। ঔষধটি ৩০°C তাপমাত্রায়, আলো ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে দূরে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

প্রধান ব্যবহারের মধ্যে রয়েছে উচ্চ-ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ প্রাথমিক স্তন ক্যান্সার (Ki-67 ≥২০%) এবং এন্ডোক্রাইন থেরাপি-পরবর্তী মেটাস্ট্যাটিক কেস। মাত্রা ১৫০-২০০ মিলিগ্রাম দিনে দুইবার (থেরাপি সমন্বয়ভেদে)। সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে ডায়রিয়া, রক্তকণিকা হ্রাস ও বমিভাব রয়েছে।

CYP3A ইনহিবিটর/ইনডিউসারের সাথে মিথষ্ক্রিয়ায় মাত্রা সমন্বয় প্রয়োজন। গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের জন্য এই ঔষধ নিষিদ্ধ। অ্যাবেমাসিক্লিব সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 150 mg twice daily with fulvestrant/tamoxifen. 200 mg twice daily as monotherapy. Adjust dose for hepatic/renal impairment. Take with/without food. Treatment duration depends on therapeutic response and tolerability.

Side Effects

Most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥20%) were diarrhea, neutropenia, nausea, abdominal pain, infections, fatigue, anemia, leukopenia, decreased appetite, vomiting, headache, alopecia, and thrombocytopenia.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category D. Risk of fetal abnormalities. Contraindicated in lactation. Use effective contraception during treatment and 3 weeks post-dose.

Precautions & Warnings

Initiate antidiarrheals at first loose stool. Monitor CBC every 2 weeks. Seek emergency care for dyspnea. Perform biweekly liver tests. Watch for thrombotic symptoms.

Use in Special Populations

Not approved for pediatrics. No geriatric dose adjustment. Maintain dose in mild-moderate renal/hepatic impairment.
