এবেজিনো ট্যাবলেট হল অ্যাবেমাসিক্লিব (২০০ মিলিগ্রাম) সমৃদ্ধ একটি ক্যান্সার ঔষধ, যা হেলথকেয়ার ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড দ্বারা উৎপাদিত। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳১,১৫০ এবং ১০ ট্যাবলেটের স্ট্রিপের দাম ৳১১,৫০০। এই ট্যাবলেটটি এইচআর-পজিটিভ, HER2-নেগেটিভ স্তন ক্যান্সারের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়।

এবেজিনোকে ৩০°C এর নিচে, আলো ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে দূরে সংরক্ষণ করুন। এটি CDK4/6 এনজাইমকে বাধা দিয়ে ক্যান্সার কোষের বৃদ্ধি রোধ করে। ক্লিনিকাল গবেষণায় এন্ডোক্রাইন থেরাপির সাথে ব্যবহারে টিউমারের আকার হ্রাসের প্রমাণ মিলেছে।

সাধারণ ডোজ: এন্ডোক্রাইন থেরাপির সাথে ১৫০ মিলিগ্রাম দিনে দুইবার বা একক চিকিৎসায় ২০০ মিলিগ্রাম। ডায়রিয়া, নিউট্রোপেনিয়ার মতো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া দেখা দিলে ডোজ সংশোধন প্রয়োজন। CYP3A ইনহিবিটর (যেমন কেটোকোনাজোল) এড়িয়ে চলুন।

গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ। ঔষধ চলাকালীন ও শেষের ৩ সপ্তাহ গর্ভনিরোধক আবশ্যক। এবেজিনো ট্যাবলেটের দাম সম্পর্কে আপ-টু-ডেট তথ্যের জন্য রেজিস্টার্ড ফার্মেসির সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

Dosage & Administration

200 mg twice daily as monotherapy. 150 mg twice daily when combined with endocrine therapy. Adjust dose to 100 mg twice daily for moderate hepatic impairment. Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

Side Effects

Most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥20%) were diarrhea, neutropenia, nausea, abdominal pain, infections, fatigue, anemia, leukopenia, decreased appetite, vomiting, headache, alopecia, and thrombocytopenia.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy category D. Causes fetal abnormalities. Contraindicated in breastfeeding. Use effective contraception for 3 weeks post-treatment.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor CBC every 2 weeks initially. Start antidiarrheals at first loose stool. Regular LFTs and pulmonary imaging required. Thromboprophylaxis recommended for high-risk patients.

Use in Special Populations

No dose adjustment for elderly. Reduce dose in severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min). Not studied in pediatric patients.
