ABpres Ophthalmic Solution হলো নভানা ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড-এর উৎপাদিত একটি চোখের ড্রপ, যা ব্রিমােনিডিন টারট্রেট + টাইমোলল ম্যালিয়েট (০.২%+০.৫%) সমন্বয়ে গঠিত। অফথ্যালমিক সলিউশন হিসাবে গ্লুকোমা ও অকুলার হাইপারটেনশন চিকিৎসায় এটির ব্যবহার নির্দেশিত।

প্রতি বোতলের দাম ৳১১০.০০। ড্রপসটি শুষ্ক ও ঠান্ডা স্থানে আলো থেকে দূরে সংরক্ষণ করুন। খোলার পর ৩০ দিনের বেশি ব্যবহার না করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ায় কনজাংটিভাইটিস, চুলকানি বা জ্বালাপোড়া দেখা দিতে পারে।

ব্রিমােনিডিন টারট্রেট অ্যাকুয়াস হিউমার উৎপাদন কমায় এবং টাইমোলল ম্যালিয়েট তরল নিঃসরণ হ্রাস করে। দিনে ২ বার ১ ফোঁটা আক্রান্ত চোখে প্রয়োগ করতে হবে। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহারের পূর্বে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।

মায়ের দুধে টাইমোললের উপস্থিতি শনাক্ত হয়েছে, তাই স্তন্যদানকালে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন। ওষুধের বিকল্প বা ব্যবহার-সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনার জন্য ব্রিমােনিডিন টারট্রেট + টাইমোলল ম্যালিয়েট সম্পর্কে জানুন।

Instill one drop in affected eye(s) twice daily. Dose adjustments require medical supervision. Avoid contaminating dropper tip. Discard 30 days after opening. Treatment duration depends on disease progression and clinical response.

The most common side effects are allergic conjunctivitis, conjunctival folliculosis, conjunctival hyperaemia, eye pruritus and ocular burning or stinging.

Pregnancy Category C: Use only if potential benefit justifies risk. Timolol excreted in breast milk – consider discontinuing nursing. Limited human data available for brimonidine safety profile.

Wait 15 minutes before inserting contact lenses after instillation. Monitor cardiovascular parameters in high-risk patients. Inform surgeon about medication history prior to ocular procedures. May cause rebound hyperemia upon abrupt discontinuation.

Pediatric (<2 years): Safety unestablished. Geriatric: No dose adjustment needed. Hepatic/Renal impairment: Use with monitoring; no specific dosage modification recommended.
