Aceclof Tablet হল এসিক্লোফেনাক সমৃদ্ধ একটি এনএসএআইডি ঔষধ, যা প্রিমিয়ার ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড দ্বারা উৎপাদিত। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳৩.০০ (১০০ টির প্যাক: ৳৩০০.০০)। অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস, ও কোমরের ব্যথার চিকিৎসায় এটি কার্যকর। ট্যাবলেট ফর্মে প্রাপ্ত এই ঔষধ সেবনে সুবিধাজনক।

এটি সাইক্লোঅক্সিজিনেজ এনজাইমকে প্রতিহত করে প্রোস্ট্যাগ্ল্যান্ডিন উৎপাদন কমায়, যার ফলে প্রদাহ ও ব্যথা উপশম হয়। এক্সটেন্ডেড রিলিজ ট্যাবলেট দিনে একবার, আর সাধারণ ট্যাবলেট দিনে দুইবার সেব্য। ডোজ চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী নিতে হবে।

লিথিয়াম, ডাইইউরেটিক্স বা রক্ততরলীকরণ ওষুধের সাথে মিথস্ক্রিয়া করতে পারে। পেটে ব্যথা বা বমিভাবের মতো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া সাময়িক। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে শুষ্ক ও অন্ধকার স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহার না করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: Extended-release tablet 200 mg once daily. Film-coated tablet 100 mg twice daily. Dose adjustment required in renal/hepatic impairment. Take with food to reduce GI irritation. Maximum 10 days use without medical supervision.

Side Effects

Aceclof is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin. After oral administration, it is rapidly and completely absorbed an unchanged drug.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Avoid in third trimester. Use during first/second trimester only if benefits outweigh risks. Contraindicated in lactation – 0.1% excreted in breast milk. Consider safer alternatives.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor renal function and liver enzymes during prolonged use. Consider proton pump inhibitors for gastric protection. ECG monitoring advised in cardiovascular risk patients.

Use in Special Populations

Start with lowest effective dose in geriatric patients. Contraindicated in severe renal impairment (GFR <30 mL/min). Hepatic cirrhosis requires 50% dose reduction. Pediatric safety not established.
