প্রিস্টিন ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেডের এসিক্লোফেনাক ট্যাবলেট ১০০ মিগ্রা প্রদাহজনিত ব্যথা ব্যবস্থাপনায় একটি অগ্রণী এনএসএআইডি ঔষধ। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳৩.০০ (স্ট্রিপ মূল্য ৳৩০.০০) সহ এটি অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস এবং পেশীব্যথায় কার্যকরী সমাধান প্রদান করে।

সাইক্লোঅক্সিজিনেজ এনজাইম প্রতিরোধের মাধ্যমে প্রোস্ট্যাগ্ল্যান্ডিন উৎপাদন হ্রাস করে এই ঔষধ। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য প্রস্তাবিত ডোজ হলো দিনে দুবার ১০০ মিগ্রা বা ২০০ মিগ্রা এক্সটেন্ডেড রিলিজ ট্যাবলেট। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ছাড়া ডোজ পরিবর্তন এড়িয়ে চলুন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: Extended-release tablet 200 mg once daily or film-coated tablet 100 mg twice daily. Dose adjustment needed in renal/hepatic impairment. Administer after food to reduce GI irritation. Treatment duration 2-3 weeks based on condition.

Side Effects

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin. After oral administration, it is rapidly and completely absorbed an unchanged drug.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy: Contraindicated in third trimester. Lactation: Excreted in breast milk – avoid.

Precautions & Warnings

Precautions: Monitor BP, renal function in patients with gastric ulcers, hepatic/renal impairment. Elderly require dose adjustments.

Use in Special Populations

Pediatric: Not recommended <18 years. Geriatric: Start with lower dose. Renal/Hepatic: Reduce dose by 50%.
