এটি সাইক্লোঅক্সিজিনেজ এনজাইমকে বাধা দিয়ে প্রোস্ট্যাগ্ল্যান্ডিন উৎপাদন কমায়। এক্সটেন্ডেড রিলিজ ফর্মুলেশন (২০০ মিগ্রা দিনে একবার) বা ফিল্ম কোটেড ট্যাবলেট (১০০ মিগ্রা দিনে দুবার) হিসেবে সেবনযোগ্য। পেটে ব্যথা বা বমিভাবের মতো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া এড়াতে মাত্রানুযায়ী ব্যবহার প্রয়োজন।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: Extended-release tablet 200mg once daily or film-coated 100mg twice daily. Adjust dose in hepatic/renal impairment. Take after meals. Maximum 10 days without medical supervision.

Side Effects

Aceclora is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin. After oral administration, it is rapidly and completely absorbed an unchanged drug.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy (Category C): Use only if benefits outweigh risks. Avoid during lactation due to infant exposure risk.
