প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳৪.৫০ (১০×১০ প্যাক: ৳৪৫০) সহ এই ট্যাবলেট সাশ্রয়ী। এক্সটেন্ডেড রিলিজ ফর্মুলেশনে দিনে একবার, ফিল্ম কোটেডে দিনে দুইবার সেব্য। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শে মাত্রা সমন্বয় করুন।

Aceclosic ট্যাবলেট ১০০ মিগ্রা দাঁতে ব্যথা, লাম্বাগোতে কার্যকর। দ্রুত শোষিত হয়ে ৯০% বায়োঅ্যাভেইলেবিলিটি প্রদান করে। জরুরি অবস্থায় NSAID বিকল্প হিসেবে বিবেচ্য।

Dosage & Administration

Film-coated: 100 mg twice daily. Extended-release: 200 mg once daily. Reduce dose in hepatic/renal impairment. Take after meals. Maximum treatment duration should not exceed 2 weeks without medical supervision.

Side Effects

Aceclosic is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin. After oral administration, it is rapidly and completely absorbed an unchanged drug.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category C – Use only if potential benefit justifies risk. Contraindicated in lactation (0.1% excreted in milk). Consider paracetamol as safer alternative.

Precautions & Warnings

Co-prescribe gastroprotectants in high-risk patients. Monitor creatinine in >60 years patients. Perform CBC, renal/hepatic function tests monthly during prolonged therapy.

Use in Special Populations

Pediatric safety unestablished. Geriatric patients: Start with lowest dose. Contraindicated in severe renal impairment (eGFR <30). Hepatic cirrhosis: Reduce dose by 50%.
