এসিডোন-জেড প্লাস চিউঅ্যাবল ট্যাবলেট, জেনিথ ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিঃ প্রস্তুতকৃত, এতে রয়েছে অ্যালুমিনিয়াম হাইড্রোক্সাইড (৪০০ মিগ্রা), ম্যাগনেসিয়াম হাইড্রোক্সাইড (৪০০ মিগ্রা) এবং সিমেথিকোন (৩০ মিগ্রা)। এই চিউঅ্যাবল ট্যাবলেট গ্যাস্ট্রিক অ্যাসিডিটি, গ্যাস ও পেটের যন্ত্রণা দ্রুত নিরাময়ে সহায়ক। প্রতি ইউনিট মূল্য ৳১.২০ সহ এটি একটি সাশ্রয়ী সমাধান।

পেপটিক আলসার, গ্যাস্ট্রাইটিস, বুকজ্বালা এবং অপারেশন-পরবর্তী গ্যাসের ব্যথায় ব্যবহৃত এসিডোন-জেড প্লাস অ্যাসিড নিষ্ক্রিয় করে ও গ্যাস ফোস্কা ভাঙ্গে। প্রতিটি স্ট্রিপ (৳১২.০০) এ ১০টি ট্যাবলেট রয়েছে, আর পূর্ণ প্যাক (২০ স্ট্রিপ) এর মূল্য ৳২৪০.০০। ৩০°C এর নিচে শুষ্ক ও আলো থেকে দূরে রাখুন।

অ্যালুমিনিয়াম হাইড্রোক্সাইড + ম্যাগনেসিয়াম হাইড্রোক্সাইড + সিমেথিকোন সমন্বয়টি অ্যাসিড প্রশমিত করে ও গ্যাস কমায়। সিমেথিকোন পেটের ফেনা ভেঙে গ্যাস বের করতে সাহায্য করে। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য উপযোগী এ ট্যাবলেট খাবারের ১-৩ ঘন্টা পর বা চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শে সেব্য।

কদাচিৎ কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য বা ডায়রিয়া দেখা দিতে পারে। গর্ভাবস্থার প্রথম তিন মাস এড়িয়ে চলুন। টেট্রাসাইক্লিন বা আয়রন সাপ্লিমেন্টের সাথে ড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে, তাই চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। নির্দেশিত মাত্রায় সেবন করলে ওভারডোজের ঝুঁকি কম।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 1-2 chewable tablets 1-3 hours after meals & bedtime. Max 8 tablets/day. Renal impairment requires dose adjustment. Consult physician if used beyond 7 days.

Side Effects

Gastrointestinal side effects are uncommon. Occasionally, if excessive amount is consumed, diarrhea, constipation or regurgitation may occur.
