এসিলক ট্যাবলেট হলো এসিক্লোফেনাক ১০০ মিগ্রা সমৃদ্ধ একটি এনএসএআইডি, যা বৃষ্টল ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস লিমিটেড প্রস্তুত করে। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের দাম ৳৩.০০ (১০০ টির প্যাক ৳৩০০.০০)। অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, দাঁতের ব্যথা এবং প্রদাহজনিত সমস্যায় এটি কার্যকর। ট্যাবলেট ফর্মে প্রাপ্ত এই ঔষধ প্রোস্টাগ্ল্যান্ডিন উৎপাদন বাধা দিয়ে ব্যথা কমায়।

প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য এক্সটেন্ডেড রিলিজ ট্যাবলেট দিনে একবার ২০০ মিগ্রা এবং ফিল্ম কোটেড ট্যাবলেট ১০০ মিগ্রা করে দুইবার সেব্য। ডাইইউরেটিক্স, এন্টিকোয়াগোলেন্ট বা মিথোট্রিক্সেটের সাথে ব্যবহারে সতর্কতা আবশ্যক। বদহজম বা বমিভাব সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া হিসাবে দেখা দিতে পারে।

শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে শুষ্ক ও অন্ধকার স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহারে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। এসিক্লোফেনাক ভিত্তিক এই ঔষধ বাংলাদেশে সহজলভ্য ও অর্থসাশ্রয়ী চিকিৎসা প্রদান করে।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: 200mg extended-release once daily or 100mg film-coated tablet twice daily. Renal impairment requires dose reduction. Take with food to minimize GI irritation. Maximum 2 weeks use without medical supervision.

Side Effects

Acelock is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin. After oral administration, it is rapidly and completely absorbed an unchanged drug.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category C. Contraindicated in third trimester. Excreted in breast milk – avoid during lactation.

Precautions & Warnings

Hepatic patients: Monitor liver enzymes. Cardiac patients: Watch for fluid retention. Geriatrics: Use lowest effective dose.

Use in Special Populations

Pediatrics: Not approved <18 years. Elderly: Monitor renal function. Hepatic/Renal impairment: Maximum 100mg daily dose.
