অ্যাসেনোপান ট্যাবলেট হল এসিক্লোফেনাক ১০০ মিঃগ্রাঃ সমৃদ্ধ একটি এনএসএআইডি, যা আর এন ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস দ্বারা উৎপাদিত। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের মূল্য ৳৪.০০ (৫০ টির প্যাক: ৳২০০.০০)। অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস ও তীব্র ব্যথা নিরাময়ে এটি কার্যকরী।

এক্সটেন্ডেড রিলিজ ট্যাবলেট দিনে একবার, স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ট্যাবলেট দিনে দুবার সেব্য। সাধারণত সহনীয় হলেও বদহজম বা বমিভাব দেখা দিতে পারে। ডাইইউরেটিক্স, এন্টিকোয়াগোলেন্ট বা লিথিয়ামের সাথে ব্যবহারের পূর্বে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।

শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে শুষ্ক স্থানে সংরক্ষণ করুন। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহারে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করুন। আর এন ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালসের অন্যান্য ট্যাবলেট ঔষধ সম্পর্কে জানুন উপযুক্ত চিকিৎসার জন্য।

Dosage & Administration

Adults: Extended-release (200 mg) once daily or film-coated (100 mg) twice daily. Adjust dose in renal/hepatic impairment. Administer after meals. Maximum duration: 10 days without medical supervision.

Side Effects

Acenopan is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandin. After oral administration, it is rapidly and completely absorbed an unchanged drug.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category C: Use only if benefits outweigh risks. Contraindicated during lactation. Consider safer alternatives.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor renal function in prolonged use. Check BP regularly in hypertensive patients. Gastroprotective agents recommended for high-risk groups.

Use in Special Populations

Use lowest effective dose in elderly. Reduce dose by 50% in hepatic/renal impairment. Pediatric safety not established.
