এসিপ্রিল ট্যাবলেট হল লিসিনোপ্রিল ১০ মিগ্রা-যুক্ত একটি রক্তচাপ কমানোর ঔষধ, যা প্রস্তুত করেছে ড্রাগ ইন্টারন্যাশনাল লিমিটেড। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের দাম ৳৭.০৫ সহ এটি উচ্চ রক্তচাপ ব্যবস্থাপনায় সাশ্রয়ী সমাধান দেয়। ট্যাবলেট আকারে প্রাপ্ত এই ঔষধ ধমনী প্রসারণের মাধ্যমে হাইপারটেনশন নিয়ন্ত্রণে কার্যকর।

এসিপ্রিল অ্যানজিওটেনসিন-কনভার্টিং এনজাইম (ACE) ব্লক করে রক্তচাপ হ্রাস করে। প্রাথমিক ডোজ হিসেবে দিনে ২.৫-১০ মিগ্রা সুপারিশ করা হয়। ডাইইউরেটিক ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতামূলক ব্যবস্থা প্রয়োজন। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ ছাড়া ডোজ পরিবর্তন এড়িয়ে চলুন।

সংরক্ষণ: ৩০°C এর নিচে, আলো ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে দূরে রাখুন। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে সংরক্ষণ করুন। সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে শুষ্ক কাশি, মাথা ঘোরা বা পেটে ব্যথা হতে পারে। গুরুতর অ্যালার্জি দেখা দিলে即时 চিকিৎসা নিন।

গর্ভাবস্থায় এই ঔষধ ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ (ক্যাটাগরি সি)। স্তন্যদানকারী মায়েদের চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নেওয়া আবশ্যক। অন্যান্য বিকল্প হিসেবে লিসিনোপ্রিল ৫ মিগ্রা ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। ঔষধের কার্যকারিতা নিরীক্ষণে নিয়মিত ব্লাড প্রেশার চেক করুন।

Dosage & Administration

Initial dose: 10 mg once daily. Max 40 mg/day. Renal impairment requires dose reduction. Take with/without food. Do not abruptly discontinue.

Side Effects

Chest discomfort, flushing, hypotension, tachycardia, abdominal pain, anorexia, constipation, flatulence, joint pain, depression, insomnia, bronchitis, cough may occur.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category D (2nd/3rd trimester). Avoid breastfeeding. Use contraception during therapy.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor electrolytes pre-surgery. Avoid dehydration. Regular BP/kidney tests. Low-salt diet advised.

Use in Special Populations

Lower doses for elderly. Adjust dose in renal impairment (CrCl <30 ml/min). Hepatic patients: Monitor closely.
