আসিকাফ্ট অপথ্যালমিক সলিউশন হলো এসিআই লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকৃত একটি অ্যান্টি-অ্যালার্জিক চোখের ড্রপ, যাতে ০.২৫% অ্যালকাফটাডাইন থাকে। প্রতি ইউনিটের দাম ৳৪০০.০০। এই অপথ্যালমিক সলিউশন অ্যালার্জিক কনজেক্টিভাইটিসজনিত চুলকানি উপশমে কার্যকর। এটি এইচ১ রিসেপ্টর অ্যান্টাগনিস্ট এবং মাস্ট সেল স্টেবিলাইজার হিসাবে দ্বৈত ক্রিয়া প্রদর্শন করে।

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক এবং ২ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য উপযুক্ত। প্রতিদিন প্রতিটি চোখে এক ফোটা ব্যবহারের পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। ২৫°C তাপমাত্রার নিচে, আলো ও আর্দ্রতা থেকে দূরে রাখুন। সাধারণ পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে চোখে জ্বালাপোড়া, লালভাব বা অস্বস্তি অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

Dosage & Administration

Adults & children ≥2 years: 1 drop in each eye daily. Remove contact lenses before use and wait 10 minutes before reinsertion. If using multiple eye drops, administer at least 5 minutes apart.

Side Effects

The most frequent ocular reactions are eye irritation, burning or/and stinging upon instillation, eye redness and eye pruritus, nasopharyngitis and headache.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category B. Use only if clearly needed. Lactation safety unknown – consult healthcare provider.

Precautions & Warnings

Avoid touching dropper tip to eye surface. Wash hands after application. Do not wear contact lenses if eye redness occurs.

Use in Special Populations
