এসিক্যাল-সি হলো এসিআই লিমিটেড প্রস্তুতকৃত একটি যৌগিক ক্যালসিয়াম ও ভিটামিন-সি সাপ্লিমেন্ট। প্রতিটি এফারভেসেন্ট ট্যাবলেট-এ রয়েছে ক্যালসিয়াম ল্যাকটেট গ্লুকোনেট ১০০০ মি.গ্রা. + ক্যালসিয়াম কার্বনেট ৩২৭ মি.গ্রা. + ভিটামিন সি ৫০০ মি.গ্রা.। দ্রুত শোষণ ও ব্যবহারে সুবিধার জন্য এই ফর্মুলেশন তৈরি করা হয়েছে।

Dosage & Administration

Children 3-7 years: Half tablet daily in water. Adults & children 7+: 1 tablet daily. Use for 4-12 weeks as directed. Renal impairment requires dose adjustment.

Side Effects

In rare cases, mild gastrointestinal disturbances (bloating, diarrhea) can occur. In predisposed patients, prolonged treatment with high doses may promote the formation of calculi in the urinary tract.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy Category A. Safe during lactation at recommended doses.

Precautions & Warnings

Monitor urine calcium in renal patients. Caution with high-dose vitamin D. Diabetics consider sugar content.

Overdose Effects

Acute overdosage has not been reported. It would be expected to cause gastrointestinal disturbances but not to result in hypercalcemia, except in patients treated with a very high dosage of vitamin-D and derivatives.
