এসিক্যাল-এমএক্স এফারভেসেন্ট ট্যাবলেট (এসিআই লিমিটেড প্রস্তুত) ক্যালসিয়াম, ভিটামিন ডি৩ ও মাল্টিমিনারেলের সমন্বয়ে হাড়ের স্বাস্থ্য ও পুষ্টির ঘাটতি পূরণ করে। প্রতি ট্যাবলেটের দাম ৳২০.০০ (১০ ট্যাবলেটের স্ট্রিপ ৳২০০)। অস্টিওপোরোসিস, গর্ভাবস্থায় পুষ্টি সংকট এবং হাড়ের উন্নয়নে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

এই ক্যালসিয়াম + ভিটামিন ডি৩ + মাল্টিমিনারেল যুগ্ম প্রস্তুতি হৃদযন্ত্র, পেশী ও স্নায়ুর কার্যকারিতা সমর্থন করে। ভিটামিন ডি৩ ক্যালসিয়াম শোষণ বাড়ায়, অন্যদিকে ম্যাগনেসিয়াম, জিংক ও বোরন হাড় মজবুত করে। আলো ও তাপ থেকে দূরে শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন।

মাত্রা: প্রতিদিন ১ ট্যাবলেট সকাল ও সন্ধ্যায় খাবারের পর সেব্য। টেট্রাসাইক্লিন বা ডিগক্সিনের সাথে ব্যবহার এড়িয়ে চলুন। বমিভাব বা পেটে ব্যথা দেখা দিলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। গর্ভাবস্থায় ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করুন।

Dosage & Administration

Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily for adults. Dissolve effervescent tablet in water after meals. Renal impairment patients require dose adjustment. Maximum 12 weeks use without medical supervision.

Side Effects

The use of calcium supplements has rarely given rise to mild gastro-intestinal disturbances such as constipation, flatulence, nausea, gastric pain, diarrhea. Following administration of vitamin-D3 supplements occasional skin rash has been reported. Hypercalciuria and in rare cases hypercalcaemia have been seen with long term treatment at high doses.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Pregnancy: Safe up to 1000-1300 mg/day under supervision. Lactation: Calcium excreted in milk. Avoid excessive doses.

Precautions & Warnings

Precautions: Regular serum calcium monitoring required. Use cautiously in cardiac patients per ACI Limited guidelines.

Use in Special Populations

Geriatric: Adjust dose based on renal function. Pediatric: Not recommended below 12 years. Hepatic/renal impairment requires dose reduction.

Overdose Effects

Symptoms of overdosage may include nausea and vomiting, severe drowsiness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, metallic taste, stomach cramps, diarrhea, headache & constipation.
