  • Directories: Comprehensive listings of medicines, generic drugs, specialist doctors, and hospitals/clinics.
  • Information: Details about medicine uses, dosages, side effects, precautions, diseases, symptoms, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Health Tools: Various calculators (e.g., BMI, calorie, blood pressure tracker, age, menstrual, pregnancy) and a medicine reminder feature.
  • Bilingual Content: Information available in both Bangla and English.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
